TIRARC Solution PLT is pleased to announce that we are currently undertaking the implementation of ISO 20700:2017 — Guidelines for Management Consultancy Services as part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening professional standards, service quality, ethical conduct, and accountability in our consultancy engagements.

ISO 20700:2017 provides internationally recognized guidance for the professional delivery of management consultancy services, covering the key stages of client engagement, including contracting, execution, and closure.


Through this initiative, TIRARC Solution PLT is reviewing, developing, and strengthening its internal consultancy governance, processes, procedures, and service delivery practices to align with the applicable guidelines of ISO 20700:2017.


Our implementation efforts focus on:

  • Professionalism and Ethical Conduct: Upholding integrity, confidentiality, professional competence, transparency, and responsible consultancy practices.
  • Clear Client Engagement: Establishing well-defined consultancy objectives, scope of work, responsibilities, deliverables, and mutual expectations.
  • Structured Consultancy Delivery: Applying consistent methodologies, documented processes, appropriate risk management, and quality controls throughout our consultancy assignments.
  • Client Communication and Accountability: Maintaining effective communication, managing expectations, and ensuring appropriate review and acceptance of consultancy deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluating our consultancy practices, incorporating client feedback, and improving the effectiveness of our service delivery processes.

This initiative primarily supports our consultancy services in Physical Security Operations and Management, Security Risk Management, Security Survey and Vulnerability Assessment, Security Management Systems, and related organizational advisory services.


Our Implementation and Conformity Status


ISO 20700:2017 Implementation — In Progress


TIRARC Solution PLT is currently working toward establishing and implementing consultancy practices aligned with the applicable guidelines of ISO 20700:2017.

Upon completion of implementation and satisfactory internal evaluation, we intend to issue a formal Statement of Self-Declared Conformity, supported by documented evidence and, where appropriate, an independent professional assessment.


As ISO 20700:2017 is a guidance standard rather than a conventional management system certification standard, this initiative does not represent or imply ISO certification, accreditation, or independent verification at the present stage.

ISO 29993:2017 — LEARNING SERVICE QUALITY ALIGNMENT

OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY AND PROFESSIONAL LEARNING

TIRARC Solution PLT is strengthening its learning service practices and internal processes with reference to ISO 29993:2017 — Learning Services Outside Formal Education — Service Requirements.

 

Our professional and competency-based training programs focus primarily on Physical Security Operations, Security Management, Security Risk Management, and related occupational competencies. Program content is developed with reference to applicable Malaysian National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS), internationally recognized security standards, industry codes, and professional best practices.

 

Through face-to-face, online, and blended learning, we emphasize structured training needs analysis, program design, competent facilitation, effective learning delivery, learner assessment, and continuous improvement.

 

As part of our quality assurance commitment, TIRARC Solution PLT is working toward a formal assessment of its learning services against the applicable requirements of ISO 29993:2017.

 

Current Status: ISO 29993:2017 alignment and conformity assessment preparation. Conformity has not yet been formally established or declared, and TIRARC Solution PLT does not hold third-party ISO 29993 certification.
